Big Bites
Ya see, there are two sizes of kibbles in the brand of dog food that we buy for Lucy; the "big bites" and the "small bites" which are for different sizes of dogs. She likes the big bites, but for reasons you're about to see, we normally buy her the small bites, but the vet assistant grabbed me the wrong bag!

Hee hee--she's cute!
My dad's cat takes all his food into the living room and eats it there. His bowl is in the kitchen.
Animals are like little mental patients in fur coats. Cats are, anyway. :o)
Hahaha. So cute!! My cat does that with the dental hard food we buy her because they're big also. But she cleans up the crumbs. You just have to train Lucy to clean up the crumbs!

My dog is good with his food, but dribbles water everywhere. It's like he doesn't completely stop drinking before he moves away from the bowl. So, half the water ends up in his mouth and the other half ends up as a trail behind him.

Sooo cute. Our cats do that as well:
take a kernel
move it over to the floor mat by the door
leave crumbs on the mat
go back for the big pieces.

my cats do the EXACT same thing, no matter the size of the kibble.. silly kitties
awww... adorable! I miss my dog whenever I see those moments! Plus... Wish I'd take that long to chew on the big bites! Plus one up side for dogs, they sure clean up after themselves, unlike my messy cat who will only eat treats! (yes, everyone in my household is wayyyy to food spoiled! LOL)

Mine do that too - but it is because they hate Science Diet and they try and look as pathetic as possible and be as noisey/obvious as possible whilst eating it in the hope I will give in and feed them bones/steak all the time. It is so cute.
