WI Results = -2.4lbs

Pheeeeeeeew! Not too shabby considering I exceeded my Flex POINTS this week. Just sayin'!

It feels so good to be back on track and seeing consecutive losses again!

I wish I had of started my WW journey when I was 298lbs because it's like there's 30lbs not included in that number I see every week. Every pound is hard earned and I kind wish I saw those pounds there. But they weren't lost following WW either, so that's that.

Feeling great bloggies :-)

Congrats on the loss. Those 30 pounds might not be on your WW stats but you know where you came from and how much you've accomplished. Keep up the good work.

That is AWESOME!

You know, I have the same issue! I started my wieght loss journey outside of WW - so, I always think of the two numbers! It seems strange to celebrate a 15 pound loss, when the actual number is a bit higher - well, lots higher!

Congrats on your loss. Keep positive, and keep motivated!
