“Say hello to my little friend…”

I get so excited when we finally get this stuff in Canada!!!!!!
Oh, and did I mention that they're only 100 calories?? *she pretends to say all non-chalantly like*

Picture a regular ice cream sandwich, but with coconutty goodness.  I just LOVE them!

Speaking of “little friends,” Lucy joined me on the front porch for some supper after Bootycamp.  Same supper as last night only I was all out of homemade salsa, so I had to open a jar:

Then some coconutty goodness:

Superstore! Excellent. I'll add it to my Winnipeg list.

I get so many ideas from your blog. I'm going to look for those Artisana sprinkles at Organza next time I'm in the city too.

Those look sooo good. I generally get the Li'l Sammich from Chapman's, cause there around 100 calories...but the coconut flavor might win me over!

Mmm, I'll be on the look out for those. I always get so excited when we get new products too. :)

Supper looked delish and Lucy's such a sweetie!

Not sure if you have canned tomatoes lying around in your pantry, but I drain a tin of the diced ones, blitz them a little to chop them up smaller and add the Epicure Poco Picante to them...instant, and dang delish, salsa!

I love these Minis as well and didn't realize the calorie count until I ate my first one. What a great surprise! Also wanted to thank you for the clip highlighting the study about photographing meals. I often do that, so I'm glad to know it has many positive benefits! I've now shared the original article via Twitter and FB.
