Thanks to @TwitCoast who tweeted to a few of us HaliBloggers yesterday and scored us three tickets for the advanced screening of Food Inc. here in Halifax. Thanks to The Coast for throwing a few tickets our way :-)

Okay maybe not, but maybe, yas just never know! lol I look forward to being able to write about what I think of the film and what kind of an impact it has, especially since having heard so much buzz about it from the American health & food bloggers around the blogsphere.
Is it a strange coincidence that I was at Chapters yesterday and bought The Ominovore’s Dilemma and In Defense of Food, also by Michael Pollan? Hmmmm. Coincidence?

I think you'll all really enjoy it; the movie's like Omnivore's Dilemma meets What to Eat brought to life on the screen. Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms is wonderful in the film.

Yeah looking forward to that review! It really has turned a lot of people veggies! But I think it's really about the American "system", things are different in Canada, I wonder if it will point that out.
I saw this last week down here in Carolina.. it was definitely an eye opener and makes me think twice about what I put in my mouth! Enjoy the movie
