The Things You Discover in the Doctor’s Office Waiting Room

 IMG_3457

Am I the only one who always picks up a magazine in the doctor’s office waiting room and there always seems to be something that catches my interest and I always want to tear the page out? So instead of de-facing property, I settled for a quick snap ;-)

The idea of using the coffee as an exfoliant to clean the shower seems kind of strange to me because doesn’t coffee stain and wouldn’t it consequently dirty up your tub?

not to clean your shower, but to clean YOU in the shower! :) coffee dehydrates, so it can supposedly make cellulite less visible. won't get rid of it, though. damn.

I like the idea of putting it in the fridge. Smart!

I love the ideas, but wouldn't using it in the shower on your body still risk staining the shower. I'd like to try, but yikes we have a brand new white tub. Maybe, I'll do some google research on it.

And I don't think coffee grounds are that good to be dumping down the drain...

But maybe the smell of coffee in your morning shower will help wake you up in the morning.

The caffeine in the coffee grounds is supposedly great for your skin! I've never got the guts to try it, though!
