A yum-o day of eats to share with ya’ll!
Toasted Ezekiel english muffin with cashew-almond butter and a half of a mashed naner on top:
Joe’s lemonade (complete with a few berries) from Local Joe’s Cafe and Market
Plain organic Liberte yogurt with rhubarb from the Farmer’s Market, mixed with pureed strawberries from Farm Girl’s farm a few week’s ago:
Portobello mushroom burger (marinated in EVOO + balsamic, on a whole wheat roll with Fox Hill goat cheese, basil and grilled red pepper), side salad of purple lettuce, cherry tomatoes, basil, goat cheese & balsamic vinegar with roasted red pepper on the side:
Mmmmm basil…
Roasted red peppers on the BBQ:
And a side of edamame for some protein with a dusting of sea salt:
