Snack
What’s more perfect than the last bit of my Fox Hill yogurt some raspberries and strawberries and a cute little flower from outside brought inside at the office:
Exercise
When I got home from work I got geared up and took Lucy for a long overdue walk/jog for an hour. I took it easy, it was beautiful outside. I burned a modest 350 cals and perked up my supper with a little pasta!
Supper
It’s really been ages since I’ve made pasta
I’m definitely on a seafood kick lately! Tonight’s pasta was:
- scallops
- shrimp
- yellow, orange, red, green peppers
- red onion
- garlic
- greens: spinach, arugula, country mix collards
- spicy red pepper diced tomatoes (canned)
- part skim mozza cheese, parm reggiano
- canola oil
- whole wheat rotini
Then it was a delicious chunk of organic dark chocolate while I laughed my arse off chatting with the ladies on FB about our upcoming GTG in Toronto. Here we are trying to figure out what touristy things we’re going to squeeze into Friday:
Imagine what it’s like trying to keep up with crew of us on a planning thread?! lol Tomorrow morning will be T-7 days!

Those two threads were hilarious. We never actually got much planned other than maybe what to wear. I see I'll be lugging my big suitcase with my entire wardrobe for our four days. :)
Pasta looks soooo good!
