Yayyyy Monday! Okay the enthusiasm is only because it’s only a few more days until the fabulous blogger ladies are headed to Toronto to gather for the most fabulous GTG in history :-D
Breakfast
I was pretty sluggish this morning because I had a hard time to settle to sleep last night, so I sipped my coffee while I got ready for work and decided on a Green Monster again for breakfast since it was quick, easy and I could take it to go:
I have had enough GM’s now and I felt full all the way up to lunch time. The very first one I had I felt that “snack itch” right around 10:30, but I think it was just because my body was used to having one then. So I’m glad that I have let the GM do it’s work because it’s all goodness and does the job quite well! I will admit though that today’s GM might have had a tad too much spinach because today I was more aware of it’s presence than any other day, just a little extra spinach “twang” I could sense.
Lunch Brunch
Today’s lunch was reminiscent of a breakfast! (How’d ya like the use of “reminiscent”? Pretty fancy eh?) I’ve decided that if I continue to have GM’s for breakfast, there’s nothing stopping me from having my favourite breakfast foods at lunch time is there?
In fact, I’m going to acquire myself another toaster to bring into work methinks. Today’s brunch lineup was a half of an Ezekiel English Muffin with 1 tbsp of Artisana Cocoa Bliss and some Liberte Svelte No Fat Organic Plain Yogurt with a sploosh of organic pomegranate syrup, some fresh blueberries and some sliced almonds:
And I headed down to the Local Joe Cafe & Market for a little green tea and some bloggin’ :
(I hate when the leaves spill into my cup! I have to learn to just let it bee while it steeps!)
Supper tonight will be at MIL’s and I’m not sure what will be on the menu!
Oh and P.S. are these drive-thru mail boxes the most convenient things ever?!

First of all, I am SO glad you had such a wonderful time at the spa the other day!!! It totally makes me want to smack your aesthetician though!!! My friend does mine (she works at a salon) and she does the analysis and tells me what I SHOULD use and what I can GET AWAY with using. I think I walked out with 3 products for about $140...and they are LASTING!!!! That is terrible...she is performing a service not being a salesperson!!!
Now I have lost all train of thought!!!
I didn't realize there was a Cirque show in Halifax!!!! I LOVED the one we went to (O) in Vegas!!!! We were up in the second tier but it was nice because you could see more of the acrobatics....I loved that Danny even had an appreciation for it!!!!
And now I am completely lost on what I will say...so...it's like 72 hours until we are in TO!!!! (Though you get there first, but it's 72 until I get to see YOU!)
