In other news: I had a small chocolate chip cookie dough DQ Blizzard last night. Can't remember the last time I had one of those, must have been 4 years? It was good, but wow incredibly sweet! My taste buds have changed BIG TIME. It ended up making me feel ill at the end of it.
I'm having a hard time of late sticking to my menu plans. It mainly falls apart in the evenings. I still have at least 20 lbs still to lose and I can't really figure out exactly why my motivations wanes so quickly when I get back on track. Is it because I've just simply been at this too long and am burnt out? Probably. But that doesn't solve the problem does it? My body just isn't going to take pity on me and give me a freebie and not make me work for it.
I want to become a healthy mother who's not going to be bogged down and feeling like I let myself down (and my hypothetical future children) with a "2" at the front of her weight. Nope. Never.Again.Period.
Suddenly I'm feeling waxed again.

I hear ya about the blizzards! I always have to share with Danny because they are too much now!!!
I do think our bodies get a little tired of "dieting"...maybe a little force is what you need! ;p Trick your body!

I love the cotton candy blizzards when they come out, but I can only ever get through 1/4 of one! Stupid sugar!

I think burnout is probably to blame; I've been feeling that, too. But keep on keeping on and it will all click! You've done it before - you KNOW you can do it!
