Well sister, I'm sorry you didn't come along on Saturday for our hike, but that felt just as good! I felt on top of the world then too! Oh and I don't think you'll be coming for our bike ride after work today either, will ya?
Don't worry, as soon as my blisters have heeled up, we'll get on the beat and hit up the streets!

Ok, 'splain this Mini to me... I'm either completely behind the times or I musta missed something but other than finding her cute as a button, I don't get what it does!!!
Krista: it's a widget from Nike+ iPod. If you use the Nike+ for tracking running distances etc., they have this new feature on their website that you can create a mini and when you upload your stats from your runs, it updates the mini automatically. She was a hyperactive li'l thing a week ago when I had my farthest run, now she's all bored because I haven't run since!
