I'm in denial that my body is all kinked up today...complete denial...all the usual places +1...rest, advil, heat, ice, all my new and familiar BFFs (I kinda want to poke her in the eye ---->)

I'm loving the sun today. Just spent the morning cleaning my patio/spiffing up the bistro set. I think it's time to eat lunch in the great outdoors! :D
