Check Her Out ------>

Today's stats:

Running:
Distance: 8.34 kms (farthest ever = yay me!) - from Nike+ (which I have calibrated)
Pace: 7.24 - my Nike+ says this, but my mini says 7.44 for some reason. This also accounts for 10 mins of a walking warmup and intervals of walk-run-walk etc. A comfortable "in the groove" running pace seemed to be between 5.2 and 6.2 after I'm sufficiently warmed up. It seems to take me quite a long time to feel sufficiently warmed up, like 20 minutes even! Does anyone else feel the same way? The first 20 mins are the hardest for me.

Stats from Polar HRM:
Time: 1:01:56 (yes that's right 1 HOUR :-D)
Calories: 601
Average Heart Rate: 151
Maximum Heart Rate: 174
Fat Percentage of Calories: 30%

Yoga (to stretch after):
Time: 24:02
Calories: 72

I will be enjoying our Easter dinner this evening completely void of any form of calorie indulgent guilt!

Happy Easter Everyone!

Awesome workout! Enjoy your Easter Dinner, you definitely earned it!

As for your mini, 7.44 is the average of all your runs. It took me a while to figure that out on my mini.

Congrats and Happy Easter!
