That's right bloggies, frig this! I've derailed myself completely this week and it's not even like me to do it. I don't know what happened and it was a downward spiral. I'm ready to get back into the game and get back to my routine. And I really mean it, I was happier when I was on track and doing good things for my body, ya know?
I had some sweet comments from some of you and I want you all to know that I appreciate them more than you'll ever know.
I noticed something though. I lost a follower. Interesting.
Anyway guys, I'm ready to get back into ass kicking gear and work up some serious sweat tomorrow! I'm going to get myself a heart rate monitor actually because I want to keep good tabs on the calories i'm burning as well as the ones i'm consuming.
This is simple math, people, right?!

and you know we have cora's and starbucks to look forward to this weekend...be good, be very good!
I'm glad you're back, I missed you!!
Don't worry, bumps in the road are a part of every journey, it's how you choose to respond to them that matters.
You've may have lost a follower but as a long time lurker I'm coming out of lurkmode to say I think your blog is fab!
BTW, I've fallen off the fast few days and I am ready to get back on track as well. Tomorrow is a new day! :D
It's a new week, new opportunity and new start. We can do this !!!
Consider yourself back on track right now, why wait any longer? Feels pretty good, eh? (I was definitely not on track yesterday, but I'm over it now!)
I'm still a follower. =) I've actually been missing you lately. I had a somewhat craptastic week too. Next week is a new week and we will kick some major arse!!
Hugs to you! I know from your fighting spirit that you will be back on track very very soon.
Or ... we may be kicking some Angie butt ;)
We all fall off now and then, it's what makes us human! But now you need to pick yourself UP (with the help of your pals) and get back on your "A" game!
I am still going to race you to 165 (=
You're right! Simple math it is! I have been dappling at the heart rate monitors also, especially now that I'm doing P90x, I really need to monitor my heart rate!
This week is going to be amazing for ya, girl!
Glad to see you back in action, you are missed! Have a fantastic week and kick some butt girl!
Hi!
Just wanted to sort of introduce myself. I just found and subscribed to your blog. I was looking for WW people, and I found you very inspiring!
I am thinking of joining WW myself. I'm 40 years old, 5 feet short, and about 215 lbs. Ick!!! I can't stand myself anymore. So, hopefully one day this week, I'll check out a meeting.
Thanks for a great blog! Bye for now. :-)
Hey, it's a new day. And think how many people are inspired by the fact that our fearless leader namesake is NOT giving up!!
You rock, Angie!
Yep i find that sometimes when i'm having a rough or quiet week that my followers seem to decline :) Oh well the ones that stay with you are the real deal!!
You're doing fine. We all have days where we get off track, the thing is to just get right back on track and do what you're supposed to do. You're doing awesome!
It's the start of a new week, which means a fresh start. You had a tough week but you're a trooper so you'll kick major ass to make up for it! ;)
Glad you're back!!! Don't worry, we are gonna completely "unsuck" this week ;)
You are not the only one who got off track,my friend. And I think you are incredibly ON TRACK 99% of the time. No one can be perfect forever. (Except Tony, from Anti-Jared.) Hee hee.
Sunshine, it's one week. Sounds like you are back on track and heading down the rails again. You aren't the only one who had a bad week last week. Don't know what was in the air.
You've had a hell of a week these last couple weeks, really. Ease up and know you've recognized the connection to the trying time and the letting yourself falter. Get back on your horse!
You'll not be off track for long! You're extremely driven to be successful! You're back at it already or you'd have not posted this entry!
My week really sucked too.Didn't exercise, ate crap and mostly FELT like crap.
Time to have a feeling better ,looking out for our mental and physical health kinda week!!!
Let's try and all feel really good before the weekend so we can have some fun on weekend!!
Even though I've talked to you a zillion times on FB I was soooo missing your daily blog. Glad you are feeling better and ready to rock and "unsuck". ha, someone else said that and I love it.
Here's to "unsucking"!
We have all been there.
It is picking yourself up off the ground that matters.
You rock.. you will find a way to "unsuck"... (I love that too!!)
P.S. I may be in Cape Breton later this year.. would love to meet for coffee if I am!!
Glad you're back!
Glad your getting back on track missy - you owe it to yourself!
Just to let you know you're still on my blog list, maybe you'll notice the next time you visit my blog.
You're only human!
*hugs*
Rock on!
I have read your blog for several months, but have never commented before. I too have been completely off track this weekend! I am starting over tomorrow, and I can't wait! It is amazing how much better I feel when I eat right! Good luck getting back on track, and thanks for making me feel that I'm not alone in this!
Del
p.s.
I LOVE my heart rate monitor, it is such a motivator to work out when I can see exactly how many calories I have burned!
You'll never lose me as a follower Ang! I'm one of your biggest fans!
Great job admitting you had a tough week to yourself and deciding to turn it around!!
