Great job on the radio interview!
Wow you did terrific! It's so cool to hear your voice (does that creep you out?) haha. It just feels like I know you a little more. It would be so cool to come to Canada to meet you all. I know you have a trip planned. When is it again?
Also, as far as the prize for this second season, have you thought about an "entry." Maybe even something small like $10. It looks like there's so many people that someone might walk away with $200 or so. That might provide some extra motivation. I know that everyone couldn't provide a small entrance fee, but even those that could probably wouldn't mind if others couldn't. I wouldn't mind anyway. The other thought I had was gift cards. Maybe people would be willing to donate their gift cards from Christmas that they'll never use. For example, I was carrying one around for Potterybarn forever because the things that I liked there were too expensive. I've also been carrying around $50 to a restaurant because I don't want to eat out. Maybe you could throw a few ideas out there and let the participants give you their feel on any of them. Just some suggestions.
Just an outsider opinion here.Nice that Heidi has suggestions, but realistically it would be pretty tough on Angie to collect money/gift cards from across North America and have to do all that leg work. Not meaning to sound negative-I love Heidi's passion!
I think the actual prize is not a huge issue..it's the IDEA of a prize that adds a lot of fun to the whole thing!
Congrats to all the participants and congrats to Angie for her interview and to you and your friend for creating a 2nd "season"!!
Healthy 2009 all!
Angie that was fantastic!! You sounded so at ease and enthusiastic! Great job!
