My goodness- you are such an inspiration. I'm not even 1/8 of the way there yet- I'm not stepping on the scales for one month- weigh in day on Sept 22. My starting weight is 257pds and you are such a motivation to make me want to reach my goal weight.

The pictures are a great way to see your progress, you know after recovering from my Operation I am now going back to Gym next Tuesday. It will be very hard for me but you have given me the strength to just go and do my best.
